When you are presented with a life challenge often some of the stress comes from not knowing where to turn for help.  Ability Assist Counseling Services provides you with the appropriate resources to help resolve the problem you are facing and in turn, eliminate the accompanying stress.  Ability Assist, which is offered through ComPsych, is a service which is available to you, your spouse and dependents.

Ability Assist provides:

  • Emotional or Work-Life Counseling
  • Financial Information and Planning Resources
  • Legal Support and Referral to Representation (at a reduced rate)
  • Health Champion – Healthcare Advocacy services (claim resolution, cost estimates, treatment and diagnosis explanations)

Services are available via phone, online, or as face-to-face visits (3 per family member per year).
