For routine, acute illness symptoms, telehealth visits are less expensive and quicker than receiving treatment at the urgent care or emergency room.  For members of the Gold and Silver PPO plan, the visit is $10.  For members of the Consumer High Deductible plan, the cost will be less than $50 before satisfying your deductible and after your deductible is met, the cost is $10.
