State Industrial Products is committed to your health and wellbeing, but we can’t do it without you! As part of the Wellbeing Program we encourage you to make the same commitment to yourself.
Save $100/month on next year’s plan!
By doing the things that keep you healthy, State Industrial incentivizes your participation in the program with a medical plan premium reduction for your successful completion. Members who participate in and successfully complete the Wellbeing Program during the current medical plan year will not be charged an extra $100 per month in the following plan year. In addition, if you are enrolled in the Consumer HDHP and meet the program requirements State Industrial will make a contribution to your HSA account. For those with employee only coverage you will receive an annual contribution of $500. For employee plus dependents coverage you will receive an annual contribution of $1,000.

PeopleOne Health Member Portal
All employees enrolled in State Industrials’ medical plans will have access to their own PeopleOne Health member portal. The member portal will allow you to easily navigate the program steps and incentive structure, track tokens earned towards program completion, access timely health-related content, and message with your health coach. The site also securely stores health information that, with permission, can be shared with your care navigator for the purpose of helping you with your health-related goals.
Visit the PeopleOne Health Portal to earn and track tokens to complete your wellness program requirements in order to earn next year’s incentive. The portal has many resources available to you such as information about your preventive care visit, community events, challenges, recipes and more!The Wellbeing Program details for 2025 will be communicated separately.
