State Industrial Products is committed to your health and wellbeing, but we can’t do it without you! As part of the Wellbeing Program we encourage you to make the same commitment to yourself.
Save $100/month on next year’s plan!
By doing the things that keep you healthy, State Industrial incentivizes your participation in the program with a medical plan premium reduction for your successful completion. Members who participate in and successfully complete the Wellbeing Program during the current medical plan year will not be charged an extra $100 per month in the following plan year. In addition, if you are enrolled in the Consumer HDHP and meet the program requirements State Industrial will make a contribution to your HSA account. For those with employee only coverage you will receive an annual contribution of $500. For employee plus dependents coverage you will receive an annual contribution of $1,000.

Your Wellbeing Program offered through PeopleOne Health has been refreshed for this year as our exciting partnership continues! Visit portal.peopleonehealth.com to view your program, where you will track your Wellbeing tokens. Earn and track tokens toward next year’s medical plan premium incentive by engaging in activities such as getting your preventive care visit and participation in community events, challenges and other wellness-related activities. View announcements, search recipes and more.
PeopleOne Health offers a robust wellness program management portal, coaching sessions and assistance with the navigation of the healthcare system to help you along your wellness journey.
Your Health Coach: Connect telephonically, virtually, or in-person with your credentialed Health Coach at a time which is convenient for you. Whether you need health advice along your wellness journey, are having difficulty finding a physician, or merely exploring healthcare treatment options, this service is readily available for you. Message anytime you wish through the portal.
State’s core Wellbeing Program requires a set number of visits with the Health Coach to earn the medical premium incentive. However, you are able to schedule additional visits as often as you like in support your ongoing health management.
