Medical & Prescription Drug
State Industrial offers you a choice of four medical plans, all administered by Cigna. These are three PPO plans and a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan from which to choose. All plans provide in-network preventive care benefits at no cost to you. Also, all but the Bronze PPO plan, take advantage of the Telehealth benefit connect with a physician from the comfort of your home via your phone or laptop for minor illness or injury. Dental
State Industrial partners with Delta Dental of Ohio for your dental benefit bringing in access to dentists nationwide. You can choose between the comprehensive Standard PPO plan which covers Preventive, Basic, Major and Orthodontia services and the Value PPO plan which covers Preventive services only.
Vision
State Industrial utilizes Delta Dental as the carrier for the vision benefit, DeltaVision, utilizing the VSP network, which has the largest panel of network providers nationwide and is easy for your eyecare professional to work with. With generous benefits and Exclusive Members Extras DeltaVision is a great addition to State Industrial’s benefit offerings.
Short Term and Long Term Disability
If you are unable to work due to sickness or injury, disability insurance can help you meet expenses and maintain your standard of living. By replacing a portion of your income, disability insurance can help provide financial security until you are able to return to work. State Industrial offers both Short Term and Long Term disability insurance.
Life Insurance and AD&D
State Industrial provides Basic Life and AD&D benefits at no cost to you. Voluntary Life insurance is also offered to both you and your dependents, so you have the option to purchase additional amounts of coverage at the group rate.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to put dollars aside in a medical or dependent care reimbursement account on a pre-tax basis. You may withdraw the funds to pay for or reimburse yourself for eligible healthcare expenses (including dental and vision) and for eligible dependent care expenses. The money that is set aside and not claimed by the end of the reimbursement period will be forfeited and will not rollover to the next plan year. So, please plan carefully!
Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and Accident Plans
Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident plans are optional coverages which you can elect that will pay you a cash benefit in the event of a covered diagnosis or an accident. The benefit paid can be used to offset any amounts not covered by your medical plan. You can elect coverage for you and your dependents.

As part of your wellbeing program, State Industrial Products partners with PeopleOne Health to offer a robust wellness program management portal, coaching sessions and navigating health concerns including weight management, healthier choices, finding a physician and more.
